It is integration of many services in one store
But it may take a risk
Because it need invest much money and have good relationship with other car services
Like mechanic, accessories shop,insurance dealers
Combining all those services in one lump sum
One of the reason of Malaysian do not choose second-hand car
Because lost confidence of old car quality in the market
Integration of the services can help increase the confidence of customers toward second-hand car
Skilled Mechanic can get accessories easily in same store for repairing the second-hand car
All these services can build the image and reputation of the shop
Help handling the insurance of the car when buy the car can reduce search cost too
Finally,shop can try to obtain the license of selling new car
Customers can have one more choices when go to the store
And compare the prices between them
This will increase customer value
And customers are willingly sacrifice something
To get better service value

今天听了个讲座
想分享出来
人的奥秘
最原始的人从何来？
有那么多种传说
哪一个可信度较高？
人的智慧人的构造
都是独特复杂
人在世上究竟为了什么？
为各自不同的责任或任务？
做人就是种考验
考我们的智慧，耐心，种种性格
为了达到人的最高层次
人的构造又有几种呢？
灵spirit
魂soul
体body
这三大体又是什么？
我们对它理解又懂多少？
灵是代表着我们的脑意识和灵感
魂是想法，内心和精神
体就是我们的肉体
魂就好像一个桥梁搭着灵和体
魂把灵的意识传达到肉体
让肉体随意识而走
灵的意识改变因魂所看到听到嗅到的一切
分析出来
让意识懂，知，明白
付诸于行动
通过魂传达到肉体
让肉体和意识达到同一点
倘若肉体和灵无法达致共识
就会造成精神分裂
将会有两个不同的自己出现
这些情形通常都会出现在我们人身上
若灵和肉体甚至魂
严重地无法达成一致
甚至各有各的碰撞
就会产生精神错乱
总结，三体缺一不可
但也要用意识善于驾驭着
避免受到不必要的精神虐待
